Air Asia Travel Fair 2014 @ Paradigm Mall

Well, well, well..

Time to blog my experience how crowded this event. Unexpected hot weather on Saturday.

Past few days, my mom asking when we going "Para, para-di-gam". I laughing and tell my mom is Paradigm Mall. Not Para-Para Sakura. Hahaha.. My mom not an English educated but she good in cooking and explanation on "kao chim". Kinda like Tarot Card.

Dialog between mom and I (From Cantonese to English version) :-
Mom: When we go purchase flight tickets?
Me: When I woke up is time to get ready".
Mom: What time you will wake up?
Me: Not sure. Ask how active I at Friday night?
Mom: *speechless*

Actually she want be the first 50th people to win Free Flight from AirAsia. Owh.. That her motive.

Am we so lucky to get that prizes? Ermm.. I don't think so.. 

*Stop Dreaming* *Bash*

At night she keep asking a lot questions and neither I. Hehehe

Dialog again :-
Me: Which route we should take if we going xxxxx?
Mom: How much is it?
Me: Around RM1.2k for return including xxxxx domestic flights.
Mom: oKay. How about luggage?
Me: Free 20kg checked baggage. But I'm not sure "kor kor" enough or not.
Mom: What is the estimation we will be using at there? Especially train card.
Me: I don't know, mommy.. Mom, want go small island at xxxxxxx that you watched at Astro.
Mom: okay..
Jason: No, I don't have many annual leave. Only can take 2 weeks leave. 

          Sherry, don't create problem. I don't have so many $$.
Me: Aiyo, some part is mom sponsor.. Scared what lah..

I went to Airasia Travel Fair 2014 @ Paradigm Mall last Saturday with mom. Take public transport instead driving. As I know no parking when I arrived there. From Bandar Tasik Selatan (Star lrt) interchange Masjid Jamek (Putra lrt) to Kelana Jaya. Already cost me RM4. Luckily got free shuttle bus from Kelana Jaya to Paradigm Mall (PM). When we arrived PM, rapid bus driver gave me this. A brochure of AA. Reading while getting into PM hall.

Never know purchase flight tickets is at outdoor. Oh no, hot + behtahan!!!! Crowded and everyone queueing for priority lane. Blocking the way only. Actually I'm also the one who block others too.

Around 3.45pm, finally I bought flight tickets. Mom queue for an hour and I walk around see any good offer. Sorry mom.. But got games entertain while queueing. 

Activities : -

1. Make an aeroplane with A4 paper and fly it see how far. 

2. Drink finish Chattime Jelly pearl milktea. 

3. Eat tarts and drinks EOQ can. 

4. Find a person who holding free flight tickets from OneFm. 

Prizes : -

1. 2 persons got free flight tickets 

2. Get goodies bag 

3. Same as No. 2 

4. Free flight 

AirAsia staff/promoter was distributing some foods and provide drinks for everyone. To prevent hydration and faint.

Bought the tickets and went to play Wind Machine. Every RM200 spent in AA travel fair get to lucky draw. I didn't separate the bill. So only got 1 lucky draw. I let my mom play and she got AA cup lid (green paper). She told me is worthy prize. (=.=)

After playing outdoor game, I heading to indoor and get stamp from every booth. While get stamp, I check out some info from the country I want to go. Hehehe..

Mom and I join the Guess the Country name. My mom try do all the action but some I don't know how to answer. At least I know <Correct> DimSum=Hong Kong, Casino=Macau, <Pass> Panda=Sichuan, Total got 5 questions. But correct for 2 Q&A. Won some goodies bag from AA. Got T-shirt (L size), pencil, broom and 2 recycle bag.

Say Hi to Adrian (TV Host/Producer& Director at Open Your Eyes Productions). I take courage to ask him for a picture. As I need blog about AA Travel Fair 2014. He a nice + handsome guy. Ah!!!! I'm taking picture with "leng chai". #Don'tSoJealous. He did a great job to host the AA Travel Fair.

First impression for Adrian, he blocking the wind blow machine when I queue. But I know he hot when host the games. He sweat more than me. *Forgiveness for him* He been running here and there from morning till evening for 3 days. In the end, he went inside to feel the air-cond. This is the impression he gone through my mind.
